Today dinner.
i learnt to cook Martin's special dishes - Spicy mashed potatoes.
cause his hand injured so i cook for him and myself ^^.
i just do what he teach me.
beginning i cant smashed the potatoes cause it's still hard.
(means i have to boil it longer next time).
after that ,
the potatoes was quite spicy.
(cause i added too much chilli powder).
and
not salty enough.
(add not enough salt)
BUT...
end up both of us still finish it off.
haha!
now i know how to cook already.
will improve next time =D.

if u want to know whether the potato is tender/ soft enough, use a chopstick to stick into it.. if can stick through, means ok oredy...then use a fork to mash it, easier.. wonder u r using the same method..
